The Seidenberger Family

I had the priviledge of taking Eric, Christy, Reed, Owen, and Lacy's family pictures. We had a lot of fun tromping through the cotton field. The boys had even more fun when I asked them to throw cotton in the air for a picture. They thought that was pretty cool! I had a blast designing their Christmas card using photos from that day. You'll just have to check your mail to see it. I don't want to give it completely away! Here just a few of my favorite shots.

Dallas Cowboys Game

We were asked to go to a Dallas Cowboys game by some friends that we are very grateful to! We had a box suite! Now we know how the other half live and it's pretty good!

Polar Express Ride from H..E..Double Hockey Sticks! LOL

We went on a polar express train ride with several young families. It was to be lots of fun- however, it ended up being pretty eventful in a not so good way! The air conditioning was out, the train rocked like a boat, the elves were pretty boring, one of our little friends threw up, it stunk, then the power completely went out, and Santa scared the kids to death by coming up to them with only a flashlight (the power was out..remember). Despite all of this, I think this will be one of my fondest memories. It was hilarious in hind sight! Check out this picture of Jade and her best friend Amber and see what I mean!

Okay, like I said, we're catching up here! So...for Halloween Jade was a flower fairy! Isn't she soooo cute? She pranced around in that costume like a princess, because she knew she was pretty! I planned to get better pics at the Halloween carnival (which got moved to Nov. 8th- weird time for a Halloween anything), nonetheless, we ended up going to Stephen's (Jade's cousin) 11th birthday party instead. Then mommy and daddy went to the Tech / OSU game in Lubbock while Jade played with her cousins. Talk about a great time!!! Go TECH!!!

Tractor Time with Daddy

Since this is a new blog, I'm going to catch up on a few things that have happened in the last few weeks. Jade rode the Boll Buggy with Layne last week. She loves it! She can say "Ride Daddy Tractor". She'll even cry if she doesn't get to ride because things are too busy at the moment. She's definitely growing up a country girl!

1st Gallary Wrap!

A month or so ago, I took pictures for Meagan, Taylor, and Paige (cousins) to give their mom (Tibby) as a surprise birthday present. I put together a collage after they decided on their favorite pics, and Meagan decided to order it as a 24" x 30" gallary wrap. I've always wanted to order one of those (and I'm sure I'll be ordering one for myself in the near future!). It turned out beautifully! Paige gave it to Tibby last night. She was elated! That is why I love photography- I get to create beautiful keepsakes for and of loved ones and hear how much it means to them. What an honor.

I'm finally figuring all of this out. I've been trying to post pictures but they keep coming up in crazy out of the way places. Now I've got this figured out! This is a pic of my sweet little Jade in the moring. She wakes up so happy and ready to see what the day brings her. We should all be more like that. Or is it just me?
Today I'm in full force. Jade is staying with her Aunt Chanda, Uncle Charles and four cousins for a few days. I already miss her so much, but it will be good for us both. I've made a list of all the things I'd like to accomplish with the time on my hands! I never appreciated time so much unitl I had a kid. I don't think starting a blog was on the list, but e-mail pictures was. I think this is even better. I hope that I hear from those of you who check this out. I plan on getting a myspace account also and making a link to our blog there. I'm so excited. Okay, back to work.
